Refund Policy

RETURNS 

Paradermis only accepts returns for items purchased through www.paradermis.com. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact the retailer or store directly for return assistance.

We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Change of Mind
  2. If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds for change of mind returns will only be processed if the item is unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You are also required to provide photos as proof of the item’s condition.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a refund or replacement as needed.
  • It is required to provide photos as proof if the product does not match the order or arrives damaged

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Partially used products
  • Products reported lost or stolen during shipment

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@paradermis.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product and make a separate purchase for the new one. Once the original return is approved, you can proceed with the new purchase.

Refunds 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
